RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Merchandise purchased at dakotagrizzly.com is not returnable to retail stores. Purchases made at retail stores are not returnable through dakotagrizzly.com

Returns (up to 60 days): dakotagrizzly.com offers pre-paid returns for new, unworn, and unwashed product with original tags.

To initiate the return process, please contact Customer Service at sales@dakotagrizzly.com. A return authorization (RA#) and pre-paid return label will be issued.

Upon receipt of your return, applicable credit will be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase. Restocking fees may apply.

Returns (after 60 days) for factory defective merchandise (other than misuse, neglect, or improper care). Please follow the return process outlined above. Free or discounted shipping may be offered on replacement orders.

A note on exchanges: We regret that exchanges must be handled as separate transaction from returns. After completing the return process above, applicable credit will be issued to the card used for the original purchase. You or gift recipient may visit dakotagrizzly.com and place a new order. 

International orders: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees, levied when a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Such charges will be paid by recipient. Dakota Grizzly has no control over these charges nor will be responsible for non- delivery due to unpaid charges.

Orders lost or stolen in transit: Merchandise lost or stolen in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. Dakota Grizzly's customer service can assist you in providing the information needed to make such a claim, but is not responsible for such claims.
